I Have a small "T" shaped hose for my coolant, The Top or "T" Side is at the radiator and the single end is connected to the thermostat. Is this correct and where do the other 2 hoses go? So, including the reservoir hose I have 3 hoses at the radiator but only 2 holes. One at the radiator cap and one at the air vent hole. Please send pics.

So, I got this new mobile motorcycle mechanic, the guy that helped me get it started, coming by Thursday. I sure would like to fix the Fan myself as it would save me 5o bucks but if no one knowshow to instruct me that's OK. I hope Yer Bikes are runnin' good. I Call Mine My "ScooterCycle!"

So, I have a question, If I Connect the Green wire from Thermo Switch to the green and red wire will this complete the cicuit? Remember, I Cut the wires from the Luggage Box light? So, they are not connected to anything. I know I supossed to connect Green to Green But This would leave an open circuit and I tried that and Fan still doesn't run?

Yeah! She Starts EVERY TIME! Here's My NEW Problem...The Radiator Fan Won't Run! I Got A New Thermostatic Switch and connected it to the blue wire on the Fan relay but it says the other wire from thermo switch (cuz it's double pole) goes to the green wire of my luggage light? Well I cut that light out cuz it would stay on sometimes if my seat wouldn't latch tightly closed and murder my battery. Anyhoo...I'm just blowin fuses! I Got a New Battery and Regulator/Rectifier Too!Connected ALL wires even used Dielectric Grease on connectors. So, She starts but I can't go anywhere. She heats up Quickly! Also got Tags & Insurance! Ready To Ride! Any Thoughts? I Only Need To Put the Fairings back on And I'm "On The Road Again!"

Yhe guy on the phone said their on-line mechanics know Kymco very well. So, I paid the 20 bucks. Ihad to leave an e-mail so, I left my usual desperate message. Next day a mechanic calls. I Screamed Pease! My Wiring Is Been decapitated! My Bike ws stoen Pease Help! What Wire should I connect to first? He said...I dunno. Did you look at the Manual? I said, that's why I paid your company! I Can't read a wiring diagram! Please Look And Tell Me! He Said, "Over The Phone?" That's gonna be impossible! I Said...OMG! This is your Business. And I haven't heard back from them. So, ^ hours today fer nothin. Wel, If ANYONE REALLY knows about Kymco Scooters and you'd like to ACTUALLY help me. Since I'm Using My Existing Harness I See I've Got To Carefully Separate Runs. So, This May Take Longer Than Expected But I'm In No Hurry. I'll check back When Completed with Pictures.

Thank You For Your Response. I've had it started once. The Way I wil bypass both kill switches is to simply not connect the kill switch wire (Black with white stripe) This allowed the bike to start last time. Then 2 weeks of snow hit and my temporary wiring came undone and I can't remember the connections. Although most are still in place. I just need help with the CDI Box and I'm almost there. I know how to check for spark and check components with multi meter.If I leave kill switch wire disconnected where do I connect the black and yellow wire. I think that's the only help I need ...for now.
