General Discussion / peoples 50 runs backwards

How r you all doing,  please help, I got peoples 50, one of my friend laid it down damage fender, left side, I replaced all the panels myself. Had ta disconnect most of the wireharness, easy enough... right, now the scooter hard starting and when it dose run it run backwards >:(

please if anybody has any Idea... I think it the brain... but wha' do I know
