I have two Agility 125's - I've put digital bicycle computers on both and calibrated them via GPS and my 23.2 mile commute to work for distance is spot on.   I'm 6'2" and 175lbs... both scooters pull about 54mph when I sit up tall, about 58 in a racing tuck and 62mph on steep downhills.

I've been commuting to work this summer on my two Agility 125's (I borrow my Wifes to put miles on it) - pretty much WOT on a hilly, but straight country highway for 20 minutes at a time - so far no problems.

Agility 125 / Re: One week old Agility 125 -- trouble starting??
« on: September 03, 2012, 03:20:18 AM »
I have two Agility 125's and they are both a pain to start if they sit untouched for about a week.  Sometimes it takes me 20 minutes or more to get them to start after sitting for more than a week.  Often the battery runs out and then I have to Kick Start.   Seems like a wide open throttle during the starting process will help it catch and then it will idle for a few seconds before dying and then I restart and repeat the process until they run continous.  I don't know for sure, but my guess is the fuel lines get air in them causing a fuel starvation issue?  I hope somebody has a fix - my solution is to remember to start the bikes every few days to prevent the problem from recurring.

I had the same issue - I corrected mine be taking off the seat cover by removing all the staples and then cutting some of the foam away to make a more level seating surface.  Then simply re-staple the seat cover back on.  Problem solved.  I probably removed about 1" of foam in the driver seat area and sloped it up gradually to the passenger area which was left untouched.  Much better now and I don't notice any missing foam - no more wedgies from the seat!

Agility 125 / Re: Tail light does not work?

Problem solved - It was a wire harness that was mutilated during manufacture.  The ground wire leads for the tail light and the fuel sending unit were cut in half and another wire in the main harness was partially severed.  I got some wire connectors and spliced the wires back together and taped over everything - good as new!  The local Kymco dealer serviced the previously not working brake light by splicing in a new ground lead to the frame in the tail light pig tail connector, but failed to notice the non-working tail light - so basically they did a lazy fix and didn't find the mutilated wire harness.  Luckily this was covered under warranty and I did not have to pay for this!

I had to remove all the body panels from the scooter and trace the wires from the tail light to the battery...  The wire harness was butchered up behind the body work near the right side passenger foot rest area.

Removing all the body work was a little tricky but not too hard - just be careful not to force anything too much or you'll risk cracking the plastic.

Agility 125 / Tail light does not work?
« on: December 28, 2011, 06:36:28 PM »
Any advice out there how to diagnose a non-working tail light?  The bulb is good as I've tested it in my 2nd Agility 125 (his & hers) which has a working tail light.

All other lights are functioning (Brake light works, turn signals work, headlight works, etc..), just no tail light?

I had this scooter serviced for a non-working brake light which was fixed under warranty, but now the tail light does not work.  I do not recall if the tail light worked or not after the brake light was fixed...

Agility 125 / Left rear turnsignal does not work?
« on: April 03, 2011, 02:33:13 AM »
I have a brand new 2008 model Agility 125.  Just started "scooting" with it, but the left rear turnsignal does not work.  The left front works but blinks really fast and after about 10 or so flashes it turns off.  The right side turnsignals function properly.

I checked the bulb - it is fine, I even swaped it out into the right side as a check and it works on the right side.  Did not check fuses yet, but assuming no problem as the left front is partially functioning.

Any ideas on what needs fixed/replaced?
