In that case the starter relay is not the problem.

ok ty..just sizing up the options..i have no spark at all...even with new battery, spark plug, coil, cdi and stator..have checked bke is grounded and is...leaning towards broken wire somewhere in harness....

Red Kill Switch position? ?
Does brake light work when you pull brake lever (s) with key on?
Stig

NO kill switch as aware of...bike started many times with just key insertion and press electric starter : rear brake needs to be applied b4 bike started...and brake light works perfectly with ign on...engine doesnt even cough a lil trying to fire when turned over

Hi everyone..need some input plz. Bought the bike as a runner.went out for a quick scoot after replacing the speedo cable and on turning around to come back the bike died on me : a small snap sound was heard.tried to restart it but it refused. After gettin home i assumed it was the belt snapped but it was perfect..i have replaced the battery plug, coil, cdi and stator and still refuses to start.. no spark at all thru out replacing each part seperately. fuses are good, gassed to the brim..any ideas plz ? considering replacing the starter relay ? im not multimeter savvy so i understand there maybe a possible wire break in some part of the harness i need to track down somehow...any info would be appreciated...missing out on having fun around the scottish highlands !! tyia
