I haven't tried jump starting it.  I measured the voltage and it shows 12.7 Volts, so I would guess that the battery is good.  I can try that tomorrow, just to be sure.

I disconnected the Starter Relay and measured the voltage there when I press the starter button (with the brake pulled and the key on), and it doesn't show any voltage at the starter relay.  I'm thinking the electrical issue is somewhere before the starter relay.

When I go to start my Kymco Agility 50, I turn the key on and press the start button but nothing happens
When I turn the key on, the fuel tank gauge turns on (although it seemed like that had stopped working, but is working again), the horn works, but the turn signals (blinkers) only make a weird buzzing noise (until I kick-start the scooter - when it's running, the blinkers work just fine).  Also the front light doesn't turn on until I start the scooter (not sure if it's supposed to)

I checked the battery and the starter relay.  It seems that voltage isn't making it to the starter relay.
The starter switch seems to be working.  (note: it had corroded a couple years ago.  I fixed it by taking it apart and sanding off the corrosion.  I did this again to make sure it is working.)

I'm wondering if I have an electrical issue and I'm not sure how to track it down.  maybe something isn't grounded properly?

It starts and runs fine when I kick-start it.

any suggestions on how to track down the issue would be greatly appreciated.
