Yes, she will be taking safety course eventually,  for now I'm teaching her what I can, plus she will use in non paved roads only un rural community. Once ready in age and proper training/license  she will go to town...

Follow up. A had installed everything back permanently
And went for a test drive and it feels like a new scooter
Engine feels normal in power. I order a new kill switch
For it and another angle sensor from a different scooter, I hope
I can make it work and leave the safety feature, this is
For a 15 year old girl and I would like that feature on.
Thanks again.

The following cheap amazon $19 starter motor
Worked perfect for my like200i, all measurements are exactly the same for mounting, except the wire post will be on the way but if you are handy and swap the body case of the motor  the gold color part from your okd starter it will give you the correct angle for your positive wire. Just make sure to put a vise on the tip(9 teeth part) so that everything  stay in place. As long as the magnets attacged inside your old starter casing look good, just clean them andbit will work. Here is the link but you can google Glixal GY6 150cc starter motor for scooter moped atv go cart.

Wow guys I can't thank You enough for your reply.
Problem fixed.
It's the angle sensor aka tip off sensor.
I removed sensor from the front fork, and moved it and shared it if all directions and still no spark.
Then I completely unplugged it from the harness and boom  I got spark and my injector was spraying normal.
The fact that spark and injector were acting the same way helped eliminate the ignition coil/ cable side and made me focus on ecu towards kill switches.
Now injector in place, spark plug in place it fires rigth up
Already started a few times without this sensor, I'm not sure I wanna put a new one. With engine warmed and fully open throtle I did a compression test and barely gets 95, this is too low unless my compression tool is bad. I need to assault it back and go for a drive and see performance.
Thanks again.

Hi all, Thanks for this amazing forum.
I recently got a free nonworking like200i not sure of the year.
so far I removed all the body parts to inspect, put a good strong battery and it would not crank.
tested solenoid and it was good, tested starter motor and it was fried. put new starter motor and now it cranks but wont
start. there were signs they messed with the wiring before so i found the wiring diagram and restored most of the main
cables by the battery area, red to red with 15 amp fuse, black and blue to black with 10 amp fuse, it was also missing the key switch so installed a basic 2 wire key switch on the red and black/blue, and no trusting the kill switch I installed a basic on off switch with the 2 black/blue wires.

so when checking for spark and cranking engine I get 1 and some times 2 sparks and that's all, no more spark, "checked" coil, coil cable, new spark plug,
and still the same. I then wanted to see what's going on with the injector while checking for spark so i removed injector and it also acts just like the spark while cranking it sprays once maybe twice the most and no more spraying while cranking. I have mixed feelings here about the coil but i feel like it can be the computer or something making the computer stop the spark and fuel, i tried all this tests with brake lever pressed and in both positions of the kill switch, and in both positions i get that one spark. I know about the tip over sensor and I'm not sure how to test that one. can some one look a their like200 and tell me how many wire are on your ignition key switch and what color wires are on your kill switch and start button switch, I feel I'm missing a wire here or ground or something.
what I have is red and black/blue at key switch, black/blue and black/blue for kill switch, and green and red/yellow for start switch.

another strange thing to me, when key is on ON, and kill switch off (wires not touching each other) the fuel pump relay cycles on and off and i hear the fuel pump doing the same, and when the kill switch is ON ( both cables touching each other) I hear the fuel pump just for 2 seconds and then goes off. but remember I get the 1 spark symptom with kill switch on either side.

on the wiring diagram that I found for like200i I don't see a kill switch and black/blue wires, so I need help to confirm this switches wiring.

Thanks for your help guys.
