I have no idea what has changed between years. I don’t know if a bad neutral safety switch would cause no spark and no power to fuel pump I’m assuming it’s the ecm

2017 uvx450i has no spark! Changed coil not the problem, fuses are good. When turning key over I noticed that the shifter was lighting up the park and low light at same time and low light stays on no matter what gear. I unplugged Ecm and and it goes back to normal and does the same thing when plugged back in. So is it a good possibility the ecm needs replaced?
