but the variator should have been looked at so he mush have removed the bolds before, in my service manual it says check belt and rollers and this section is ticked so he must have looked so the paint will have gone?

I have just read newer bikes have de restricted cdis standard. Mine is s 2011 bike. My mate has a similar bike with same cdi but he ordered an de restricted one and hooked it up to my bike and i acheived a much higher top speed.

So i guess mines restricted?

i still need the original because i am swaping the parts back over for service to keep my warrenty, ill take it out and measure it up though!

i noticed a screw on my exhaust pipe, so i took it out and started my engine and it sounded loud, will this damage my moped? because it didnt sound right or does it bypass the restrictor in the exhaust, thanks

the kit i posted seems ok, it has the variator the smooth boss and 3 sets of rollers

right so first things first
smooth boss
cut cdi unit
race variator with 5.5 gram rollers

just one question, where do you get smooth bosses?

is everythink i need in this kit?

im not aloud over 50cc so i would be doing the 80cc kit on the sneak and i only need top end speed for one day a week where i have to ride for an hour to get to my welding course. so a variator is the way to go?

my apprenticeship have sent me an hours ride at 30mph and i want to half the time it takes if i can, i have done nothing to it yet were shal i start, im thinking variator then a new 80cc cylinder. will the standard carb be able to cope with the 80cc

try the wires before you soldar them. there might be 2 wires the same colour, this may be ignition on if there both connected, if the other 2 are 2 different colours when they are joined that could mean off/engine kill. thats what my old bike was like

i dont know much about carbs, all ive done is cleaned one and adjusted the tick over screw. its a screw inside a spring, start of by screwing it up tight and undo it a quater turn at a time untill your happy with how it sounds and so it doesnt cut out/bog.

cant people keep their hands off things that are not theres :@ my kawasaki was stolen by chavs your luky they didnt just walk off with it. what colour wires do you have? i had to hotwire one of my old bikes because i got the key stuck in the ignition
