It will. Don't forget to check the valves on the first service.

A four stroke generally by 1,000 as far as being able to relax with it and not think about how you are riding, but isn't the 125 a two stroke? Than probably half that time.

Bizarre and frightening. Never heard of this happening.

When you take off and it kicks in? I usually start off a little slow to avoid premature wear on the rear tire anyway, but yes, there is a little bit of a "slip" or something as it kicks in. By product of the CVT I suppose, but doesn't seem to harm anything.
The floor board is set up different than a Vespa which is probably what makes it feel smaller to you. It's actually slightly bigger, just not in the floorboard.

The body is the same as on my L200i. A little longer wheelbase than a Vespa LX150, good medium sized scoot. The seat is awesome after breaking in a little, and very good with passengers. The tail trunk is priceless, I use it all the time to hold my helmet, glasses and such. There are two helmet holder posts under the seat for when you have all the storage taken up with any shopping. Under seat is nice too, though more of a flatter space suitable for rain gear, jackets and the like. Weather protection as with any scooter, particularly if you add a windscreen is fantastic. The tires and wheels are of a good size and are a common enough to be found from other brands as well.
The shape is very pleasing if you like the classic look. Very much like a Vespa and a Lambretta had a child.
Everything looks very top notch. Enjoy. :)

Oohhhhh. Well, yep, that's the case not the top end. Looks like you were right in looking for a new engine.

Try giving it some throttle.

I ride in the rain all the time. You have to in Florida, or you don't ride at all. Main thing, painted lines are like ICE in the wet.
Make your following distances longer than when dry. Watch your take off speed, and braking. Just remember it is slicker than usual.
Don't overcompensate by slowing down so much that others will slam into you. And be thankful you are on a scooter since motorcyclists get a hell of a lot wetter without the floorboards and leg shields etc. :)

I'll be interested to hear why, other than your bad fortune with your P250.

As far as getting these crazy numbers, there is a good example on the SYM brochure pages which give a possible MPG along with a how to get that at a steady speed of usually around 30MPH or so. I got crazy MPG when I got lost in an area that had 25-35MPH speed limits for a long period of riding. If you ride it like a 49cc, it is possible to get these numbers. WOT, probably not.

Yep, West Orlando here. Using throttle does get it going for the first start on a cold engine like listed at the start of this, but it seems like it shouldn't be required of a brand new fuel injected bike. Than again, it is a single, and they often have their own ways of being. I certainly like the characteristics and payoffs of the single while it's running.

I'm pretty sure the People 150 is made in Taiwan. Look at your VIN #, if it starts with an L it's from China. Not that that is a bad thing since it would be an upper end Chinese made product like a Nintendo DSi or an iPod.

 Whisper,
I have been experiencing the same issues with my Like 200i. (also fuel injected.) I'm in Central Florida where it is really getting hot, and happening more frequently now. Are you still experiencing this issue? Is it getting worse now that it is getting hotter? Or have you figured out a way around it?

For a $250.00 deductible that doesn't sound bad.
