Agility 125 / Re: Will not idle?

Maybe smtg in it to follow, pls see link
I would suspect primarely the fuelpumps vacuum system, respectively its vacuum hoses. Right hose to right suction, etc.

My carb was pretty gummed up when I was putting it together. I'm talking dark brown and 1/8 in deep. I put a ton of new gas in and cleaned the filter. The new fuel filter took a day for it to fill over half full in the clear filter container. I think the petcock filter might be all gummed up like the carb.

Agility 125 / Will not idle?

so a few weeks ago I just motor swapped my 2012 Kymco agility 125. I was able to swap a gy6 150 in with no issues. Gy6 now has Kymco carb, stator, and short shaft to make it work with Kymco wire harness. Everything is working besides keeping it running.

The stock agility 125 carb is 24mm with a 102 main jet and 0.35 pilot. I also added an Amazon exhaust(no real restriction) and uni air filter out the side because oem airbox and emissions were removed.

I can start the gy6 with the starter button and it starts easily. It runs for about 3 seconds and slowly dies as if chocking out or running out of fuel. If I let it sit for 5 minutes.. it will run a few seconds longer then initially and if I wait 10 minutes it will run let's say 10 seconds before dying. I have been reading a lot of posts and some point to adjusting the valves. Are the Jets that far off per someone with more experience than me? Looking for some direction because I'm so close to riding this thing.

*has new gas and fuel filter*

Yes its the main ground and is to be bolted to the motorbloc close to the startermotor with a 6mm screw.

Pls see link

I got it... was the main ground and ran to a starter bolt. I see 50cc mopeds run to valve cover bolts but it appears by the way the wire loom was run it was probably the starter bolts over valve cover bolts... let me know if I'm wrong on this..

Have a 2012 kymco agility 125 and did a gy6 motor swap 8 years ago. Just starting to finish this motor swap again and trying to find out where this wire attaches. Its routed with the main wire harness towards the engine. I think it's the main ground wire but not sure.. pics attached

Good afternoon. New to the forum and have a 2012 agility 125. Reason for joining in I blew the motor up in 2015 and bought a new gy6 150 and have got most of the parts hooked back up. Need a little help from some experts to finish up my project... more posts to come
