Xciting 500 / Handy to have on my 500i

Hi to all 500 xcites
Sorry but no pic, what has proved very handy for myself, eg, a 1 inch/25mm deep tray atop the tunnel between the feet. Simple really, two loose wooden saddles shaped to the tunnel top for the flat bottomed tray to sit on, front and rear end of tray snugly shaped and fit to bike body panels with no possible movement either way, plus lateral movement secured by original but a bit longer bolt through the tray and spark plug maintenance lid. Saves opening/closing the seat or top box, just right for a loaf of bread or litre of milk or similar from the local grocery shop, you know the small things we often run out of, better half saying nip to the shop luv. The 25mm height of the tray does not hinder mounting the bike, works for me!!
