Super 9 / kymco super 9 2003 model

Hi guys i live in ireland and am just fixing up my kymco super 9 for my son. I have it running good but for two small problems my flickers wont work or the auto start. im thinking the problem is in the rectifier could this be right. ?please any advice is appreciated.
