Agility 125 / upgraded CVT Big Bore

I was at the dealership today looking at new bikes to replace my agility 125 when the tech told me something i hadn't heard before.
He said they have an upgraded CVT and a big bore kit that helps you get to 75 mph. Is this true and so, where would you get one?

Agility 125 / Sudden Load Exhaust

I was driving home on my agility 125, when suddenly the scooter started sounding as if it had no muffler on it. The scooter didn't drive any different then having a notably louder exhaust.

After inspecting the exhaust system, I found a threaded tab just prior to the muffler, and exhaust was leaving this.
I will add a photo later.

Is there suppose to be a cap or screw there? or should i bring it in to my dealership.
