  I Have a KYMCO PEOPLE 250 2006     I filled the tank up and wrote the Kil down   watch the kill per gal   found out how many per gal  on hiway and in town    Now when I fill tank I add the kil pe tank and I WRITE IT ON A PLASTIC PIECE OF TAPE WITH WET ARASE PEN   WORKS OUT VERY WELL FOR KNOWING WHEN TO GET GAS     AND I DO USE NONE ETHENAL GAS ONLY

  I have a KYMCO People 250  I had the same problem with mine  I found out how to adjust the rear spring tention   look in owner manual and if it is up to hi put it down     mine was all the way down now it is in center and it works very well  It rides diferent and hadles diferent when moving it  by hand

I thought it was top heavy too but by changing the spring  preset it workes fine

   I have a KYMCO People 250 The reset for oil change is in k   the  distance traveled is in k
the speed can be read in k and m  but is off by 5 mile per hour,  you are actualy going slower
  K= kilometers   m= miles

MILEAGE COUNTER: The total riding mileage is
indicated by kilometer.  The figure in black and white is
an unit of 100m.

SPEEDOMETER:  The riding speed is indicated by
km/hour or mph.
