Check it out you guys, I'm ready for something a little bigger, maybe a chopper or cruiser. I also posted this in the "For Sale" section.

I have no idea why they're so selective about replying...  ???

$206 is relatively in the ballpark, if you look up other companies that make hardware for cbr's and ninja's they're in the $300 range. These are not cheap cast parts, they are precision cnc'd out of aircraft grade aluminum and work like a swiss watch. WRRP has quite a reputation for making tuning parts, and they have the fastest built Quannon in a racing league over there.

I was actually looking at the rearsets too. I emailed them last week, they're $206 without shipping.

Yea, the first time I sent them a message they never got back to me.

Second time, I sent a simple message, with what I wanted and what kind of bike I had and they responded within a few days.

I got the stainless steel exhaust from them, with shipping it was about $300

Yea, I ordered my exhaust from there, you have to email them since their website isn't set up to take orders yet. I paid using paypal. Shipping was pretty quick considering that it comes from Taiwan, and it was VERY well packaged.

I got my front 16t from WRRP, but couldn't find a different rear sprocket, they were all original 42t

Yea, now that it's winter time here in Chicago the bike is sitting in my garage and I'm just not too motivated to do anything right now, lol  ;D

Might look into an aftermarket shock once it gets warmer outside...

Well, seems like I solved the problem. As some of you may know the dealer I bought it from didn't do any prep work prior to selling it to me so I got it with gummed up jets and all that  >:( I decided to rip apart the carb one more time and spray every nook, cranny, and passage with carb cleaner. Turns out a small little passage was blocked that squirts fuel into the throttle body right as you roll on the throttle. I adjusted the idle and the fuel mixture screw and all is good now. I was able to get it up to 74 mph, which I think is pretty good for a guy my size. It is pretty windy out now, so I think I may be able to get it closer to 80 on a better day.

Btw, what rpm's do your bikes idle at when warm? Mine hovers right around 2000 rpm. Manual says 1600 +/- 100

Next and probably last mod will be a stiffer spring  ;D Then I might sell it and get a used gixxer or R6 for next summer

It should fit without a problem, the rear of the bike has been left pretty much unchanged. I want those led turn signals!

Hmmm interesting, and the prices aren't too bad either. I'll have to go out and measure how long the eye to eye length is on the stock shock without any load on it.

Quannon / Stiffer shock?

Anybody know where to find a stiffer rear shock for our quannon's? Or shocks from any other bikes that might fit ours? I weigh 210lbs. My friend got on my bike, he weighs almost as much as me, and just looked funny because it looked as if the rear was almost touching the rear tire.

I'll keep you guys updated, I'm trying to solve an off idle bog issue right now. Something to do with the enrichment circuit, once it gets past 2000 rpm it's fine. I'm still playing with the fuel mixture screw.

Well I got the jet kit in last night. Definitely picks up quicker in the mid-range and keeps pulling until 10k in every gear, it was dark out when I got done so I didn't want to see what the max speed is, I'll try today. I replaced the pilot jet with a #40, and the main jet with a #117.5. Also shimmed the needle with a spacer. It also came with #122.5 and #127.5 main jets, just in case it was still lean, but it runs good. I dunno, might try the #122.5 later to see if it makes the upper range pull even faster  ;D Right now I'm still trying to figure out this off idle bog that occurs when I slowly twist the throttle. The rpm's will bog down a little bit before the enrichment circuit is passed up and the jets kick in. No matter how much I mess with the fuel mixture screw it doesn't do anything. Maybe it's just because the weather is getting cold outside? I dunno. It just doesn't leave me confident at intersections feeling like the bike is gonna stall for a second.

Tucked in, I hit 72 before. Let's see what this jet kit and sprocket can do...
