Here is the part # for the gears on malossi usa, #676458. They cost about 95 dollars.
They are made for kymco djy, djx, and cx.
Hope this help you all out.
This should be run with the stock secondary  gears.

Was up guys? Trust me the malossi primary gears for the kymco djy will fit perfect. I did have my doubts about it but it work perfect.
With all the set up you all have, with these gears your goals will be reached and then some.

oh i forgot, the guy who said that his zx goes 70 cruise then to powerband of 80-85, its not possible without out your frame flexin.
that must be a drag bike, cuz where i from not even a full stroked 82cc to 125cc elite's, dd50's, and sym (dio's) reach that, yet alone be for daily use.
not to say anything bad, but please its pass your bedtime WAKE UP!lol

how you doing zombie.
well my gears are from malossi usa, they are primary gears 16x32 which will be 6.9 to 1 ratio, they are also straight cut.
my final gears are stock just changed the primaries.
with this your rpms should stay at a minimum with alot more power yet to be used. trust me, with the right tuning, this should put you well above 70mph in no time. i've reach 69mph gps recorded in only 1/4 to a little pass 1/2 throttle.
the draw back to this is that you will lose low end. thats  why i use staggered roller weights 6 and stock 8.5 for my size.
from what i've learned here( you might know already) tuning is not made only for the motor but also the rider who uses it.
find the roller weight set up for you and your zx will surprise you.
hope this helps you and everyone else out.
Sorry i forgot the gears are made for kymco djy, it will fit perfect on a zx50.

Hello from Hawaii. I'm a newbie here, got a  2003
Zx50 that goes 69-74 gps recorded. Mods for my zx are 72cc polini contessa ported, ruima 44mm crank, ported block, kelli pulley with stock 8.5 an6 rollers, kelli heavyo clutch with 2000 springs and,1500 center spring, oko 28mm carb with 135 mj n 38pj, malossi primary gears, pg long exhaust pipe, and stock cdi. So with all this, motor comes out to 77cc. Sorry no pics.
Wanna thank you guys for the motivation on keepin my  zx rather than selling it.
