People 50 / My Kymco people 50 is terrible when it's cold
« on: March 14, 2012, 09:11:20 AM »
Hi Guys
Just bought a second hand Kymco People 50 (6500 Km). Lovely little thing...but on the cold mornings the motor has no strength until it warms up. It hardly gets along the flat, let alone up a hill. After 10 mins run in, its fine, and during the day its fine too. Any suggestions as to what may be happening? I guess it must be something to do with the choke, or the carburetor. But I'm no expert.
Thanks for your time reading
