You will se more dust/debris when new. It's all "breakin" matter.
you right I had same issue with my new scooter opened the cvt cover and added some thinner from clutch holes n started engine and did some blast n brakes on it and watched how the clutch gets involved ... and while it was good enough stopped n put the cover back so far its okei . :P

Potential issue.
Solved :)
Not really . It was the Fuse(leg) issue which looked seriously fine but was faulty(broke wire) where it connect to end leg.

Agility 125 / agility 150 electrical issue
« on: June 10, 2012, 05:48:40 PM »
I own a agility city model and recently while I am riding it and it gets hot the electric power goes off lights horn clock etc ... and if I turn off the bike the electric starter wont work either and I have to wait a couple of minutes so I might be able to start .
It just started today .
Now I am asking if it could a simple check n fix issue that could be done then please guide me !
BTW I searched around and find a site some guy pointing on ground wire connection on main frame :

-->(14th post)
But I recently had the same problem with my Kymco Agility City 150.
Turns out where the ground wire is bolted to the frame, Kymco never removed the paint so the only connection is via a M6 bolt.

Scraped off the paint and also replaced the wire.
Had no problem after that.

Thanks
