No variator has ok only 6 pieces was put back corrwctly torque was to specs, but i'm wondering if its overtorque, I order the right side rollers but I think I should double check if in fact its the right size im as stump,

i didnt take it a part... just the required taken off to put new belt... i did blow compress air to get all the dust off...  would a dirty front pull pulley cause my problem??

yeah that was my 1st tough and they all are 20g.... sencond i double check the rollers were installed the right way and they are....all fluids are good just stump... at 22g i should had seen at least a little improvement.. but im getting same performance as my stock rollers and im wondering if i order 24g i migh not get what im looking for and if i order 26g or it could be too heavy anything that i might be missing???

I need lower RPM at top speed right now iget about 65@7500rpm(right at redline).... stock rollers are 20g  put 22g with no change..... May be I need 26g to get same performance as the 22g sliders?

Ok anyone following this post.... I change new belt, since I was going to open the variator I also change the rollers... With a22g... I read couple post up a guy change his stock to 22g sliders and he got what I been looking for as for performance.... So I was exited when I put my 22g rollers and took a test ride...i was disappointed to see no improvement... I made sure rollers were installed the right way..... Any advice? Please help

Tailgate welcome to the forum..... i do have to say that i find the speedometer is a little bit off... at top speeds is about 5 miles off.... just a little fyi.... i ended up ordering 22g holga rollers...

ok so my next question is... to remove the variator nut, i either need a impact drill or a tool to hold the variator in place... well is there an specific torque setting???  since i cant set a torque in my drill... any suggestions?

Haven't ordered anything from them myself but I hear they're good

... And from what I understand they do have a distribution center in the US

yeah 140 for a belt is a lil bit too much for me... found  one for 56 oem belt

Wow! I have 12,700 on my odo and with the original belt. I think I need to change it now...

i do commute 4 a week about 56bothways... almost everyday so i do put lots of miles

ok looking to ordering new roller weights but i have no idea what size they are?? anyone know???  also which way should i go if i want higher speed with lower rpm thanks the only mod i have is, i got a leo vince 4scoot exhaust on it... everything else is stock.. anybody know of a intake? i search for an k&N but no matches

good news well kinda.... i took the bucket seat off and check the engine everything look normal, then just had the crazy idea and took the cover for the belt and boom... the belt broke/shredded and it got the variator stuck in place thats y engine doent turn on.... so now i just need get new belt and clean all the gunk off.... also since im going to be in the area im thinking of getting new rollers... any suggestions on the size?? i want a higher highway speed/lower rpm

Hello fellow friends... i was riding to work one morning... and suddenly i felt a little jolt(kinda when you get off the throttle fast) i lost power, and my oil light came on.... i safely pulled over to the shoulder. got off my "piglet" i didnt see any smoke or oil/fluids coming out... (also no boom noise). i shut it off.... then i try to turn it on again but this time it would not turn and the oil light stayed on.. i ended up calling the tow truck... any ideas on what should i start looking at??? i havent had time to check it yet.. also check my oil and levels are fine.... my 1st inclination was that i blowed up the engine.... any guesses>??

i havent done anything yet.... my model has the fuel injection.... would that make a difference??
