Update... Well I think I was flooding the engine when trying to start it. I finally tried just holding the brake and hitting the electric start and not giving it any gas and it fired right up, after trying to start for a while. I had been giving it full throttle trying to get it going. Maybe this could help someone else in the future!  Thanks all!

So I haven't been running the ag 50 much this winter. I was at least starting it every week or two and running it some... Now I haven't been able to get it to turn over for a few weeks. I have never used the kick start just the electric. I'm wondering if there is anything I could do besides making sure the battery is charged (it is). I have a new spark plug I might try... Is there anything I could spray in the carb or any other suggestions to get this puppy purring again?

Thanks guys!!!

If you want to put some money into it get the malossi multavar.
Maybe a new belt too if your scooter is an 08 your belt is probably worn.

I have tried multiple torque springs and it doesn't really make a whole lot of difference.
I like the new clutch and bell just seems nice and smooth/tight.
If I was in Florida or somewhere with a lot of flat roads the a50
would be great, just too many hills around me...

Thanks for the input blue sounds like what I'm after....

As far as my ag 50 its a 2012 with just over 1000 km full deresrict, and
have put on the malossi multavar, running 5 g rollers, a green
malossi torque spring and have a naraku sport clutch and clutch bell.
It goes 45-50 on flats and have had it 55+ downhill (speedometer)
its just a dog on hills around here dropping to 30 on most.
Didn't want to mess with the pipe due to jetting issues.

All in all its a great little scoot and again was my first motorbike of any kind so no regrets.
Will probably still keep it just need a bigger one for the hills and to go on some
Roads with 45-50 mph speed limits.

Well so far from my research the piaggio scooters are basically vespa engines and components
sent to China to be assembled. And the piaggio body panels etc are plastic compared to vespas
all metal body etc. That and you are paying more for vespas name. Otherwise I have heard good
things about the fly 150 and piaggios in general.

Checked out the k pipe and it looks cool but looking for another scooter.
I like the ease of use, twist and go, and storage under seat....
Seems like the piaggio 150 might be a good choice for me.

Ok so after it all boils down i think im gonna have to get a 150 cc or better scooter...
There are just too many hills around here and after some upgrades the a50 just isnt cutting it.
This was my first scooter or motorbike ever and has been a great experience...

Am looking to see if any of you guys have any suggestions...
Have been looking all over the internet reading and researching.
Think i will end up getting a piaggio fly 150, but have also looked at the
SYM hd200 evo and the vespa gts 250.

Anyone out there have any experience on these or others you would recomend?

Thanks!!!

Agility 50 / Re: Agility 50 Seat Height Adjustment?

Nope... Would take some serious modification if you wanted to do that.
It is held together with a lot of plastic etc. I haven't heard of anyone lowering theirs but maybe someone out there has....

The ring is not needed. Just take the old one out and put the new one in, variator, weights, boss. Should have basic instructions from malossi with the kit too... Good luck!

Yeah I still have a hocca 1500 yellow spring that I will try even though last time I tried
it it sucked for me. But I didn't have my multavar or New clutch setup then either.....

They could be installed wrong. Seems like some people have difficulty installing sliders.
Never tried them just rollers here.

My belt is about brand new. I bought my scoot with 788 km on it than started playing with it.
Now have about 1300 km on it and the belt still looks about brand new.
Not getting bad performance at all its just pretty hilly around here.
Been looking to not drop to 30 mph and sometimes below on the hills.
Feels like other than the bbk etc I am about maxed out.

No worries still enjoy the scoot and am only out about a thousand dollars total so far.
