Well the tittle states it all. I am trading in my scooter tomorrow for a Kawasaki KLR 650 and I will have my motorcycle license by next week. The scooter was fun but since I keep needing to go longer and longer distances while still having fun off road im getting the Dual Sport. All I did to my scooter was 72cc Big Bore kit. Lighter roller weights, Fender delete, 20mm carb, Leo Vince Exhaust, Pod filter, license plate mount delete. Im still willing to help people on their decision on big bore kits and what not but its been fun.

I have been using Plasti dip for years on other applacations but I wanted it on the Ped. I used a total of 7 coats. Here are the before and after Pictures.

I live in Bettendorf, IA haha and im lucky to see more than 3 a week. Our scooter club that I started only has 5 scooters in it.. In the future more people will talk less crap and get one because its efficient.

« on: September 19, 2013, 07:13:47 PM »Start with the basics. Take your cvt side cover off and look at the variator. Odds are it will have either washers or a shouldered boss in it.I agree with you haha Mine hits about 55Mph the needle goes past 50 and im 212 pounds.
Follow the guide in my zx50 thread on boss skimming and variator inking. You'll get at least 50 mph out of it

2012 Kymco Agility 50 I have 900 Miles on her. I also Put on a 72cc BBK, Leo Vince Exhaust, Lighter Roller Weights. Im about to put on a 20mm Carb. But ive done the oil changes myself. Just put on a new belt last month. Only Problem i have it getting a new carb bowl gasket.

That site is where I got my BBK. Im also about to get a bigger Carb I would say the best bet is Get a BBK, Exhaust, Bigger Carb and head also a pod filter.

Thats how I feel. I ride my scoot to school sometimes but mainly its for cruising around with my friends.

I painted right over the old one. hooking up fog lights soon.

Yeah they look pretty good but everything is the same I believe.
