People 150 / Scooter will not start - Purchased CDI Unit, but it's smaller

2009 Kymco people 150
3000 km
Scooter turns over, but will not start:
I checked the spark plug, no spark. Checked the Ohms on Ignition Coil & CDI Unit. Ignition Coil seemed to be right on. The CDI Unit had no Ohms whatsoever.
Replaced the CDI Unit, Ignition Coil, & Spark Plug. (B/c I got a good deal on it - http://www.scooterelements.ecrater.com/p/13968880/stage-2-ignition-kit)
But still, nothing works.
This CDI Unit, however, is about 1/4th smaller (vert & horizontally). Will that make a difference?
I have yet to check the Ohms nor the spark with these replaced parts. What would you do next?
Also, I noticed that after I tried for awhile. It was starting to have difficulties even turning over, which it has never had issues with yet. I'm kinda at a loss. Any suggestions?
