top speed 60 mph .. but 0 -40 ... amazing ...

48mm bbk 80cc -- pushing like 10 rpm red line on good day .. just wait to i bore it and the 52mm wesco piston kit .. and port intake to thin walls =]

ps .. the make water cooled kit af18 bore kit  now but get ready to spend around 600.00 in parts. dont come with radiator

24mm oko power carb .. 45 pilot 125 main need in middle clip set ..  40/1 oil ratio - if u look there is a a line on carb  one hose to 2 nipples .. stick bb in middle .. u dont need that .. there is no point ...  makes carb easy to tune .. crabs are a bitch just saying have fun some carbs dont have power jet .. just saying

racing throttle with pro taper grips.

v8 racing pipe
racing variotor  i think 6 or 7 grams not sure

racing clutch .. came with springs takes off at 3,000 rpm

about to add super 9 rear shock ..mmmm sick trust me makes look better

umm oil block off kit ..i mix own gas trunk hold 1 gallon in trunk  can perfect

im adding purple neon lights next week .. cops will hate it  .. f*** them

i just ordered black carbon vinyl for all plastic ...

so curious why did u change ur pilot jet ?

i run 120 main .. plenty ! .. 45 pilot about 1 and 1/4 turns ... put a bb yes a bb in that stupid power jet line .. trust me

after ur so called break in .. run 45/1 ratio ... dont get full synthetic oil get semi .. we dont have lc bikes .. i use lucas ..
run 93 gas or lower no turbo blue runs like sh** with oil

remove oil pump .. plug it .. seal it .. pep boys 4 bucks

racing throttle a plus 20 bucks all metal guts .. f*** plastic

2 k clutch springs stock clutch

racing variator .. 5.5 grams i run

racing exhaust ..


Do all this stuff my friend and trust me u push 65 mph .. but my 0-40 fast as hell


im about to buy a lc super 9 .. im done with the air cooled i want 90 mph

I hear ya, hope you enjoy the scoot thats all. If I were in Fla Id be riding everyday, this weather up here is rediculous. 25 degrees most of my 2 strokes will barely start let alone go for a ride.

Get hold of some Vaseline, just a small pot will do, it feels greasy but rub it onto all the sun bleached black plastics and glove box. Leave it on for three days then rub it off with a dry cloth. Your plastics will be dark and new again ;-)
Ps, where did you get the exhaust ?

Dude i will deff try that does it matter that its cold here and would u belive it was 56 yesterday in jan in michigan .  so i beat the s hit of of her lol 1/4 throttle up to 40 cant wait to see full throttle next spring.

And pipe is a arnada v-8  i think 130 free shipping it was blue painted it red.  next is maybe vinly wrap whole bike
My buddy did his cr250 man is it sick like a graffiti art. 

And i keep having problems with float. Worked great for first 15mins of putting around then baam
Back out over flow. ?.

I painted engine covers and exhaust .. i used 1200f paint =]

i also added racing throttle and new grips pro tapper baby =]

next on list rims are getting red .. and striping body of all stock stickers and adding my own fonts

Do you run it with out part of the fan cover/shroud off? I would not do that if so, it may seize from heat.
Have you done the green wire mod? They sell a blue cdi and orange coil that works really well for the ZXs, some people say it doesnt help but it does change the timing a little more than stock and the coil is higher voltage.
I dont remember if youre running pre mix or pump in, but if your running the pump in just add about an Oz of oil per gallon of gas in the tank and it will help raise the amount of oil ratio enough to be ok for it. You might have to run a larger jet when you do because it will help lean out the air fuel ratio by adding more oil into the equation and no extra gas actually less gas through the same orifice.
You will top out around 60- 65 with stock gears on it and that will be pushing it. Theres not a lot of options for after market gears for our scooters as you will find out. You can not use the dio secondary gears sold by the vendors on ebay, you have polini or malossi primary gear sets to choose from and thats it. I knew someone who had some secondary gear sets cut for him but not sure what the specs were. Either way its not cheap to change the gears, follow my link to see mine.


The fan cover is on.  and i have a oil  plug in it so i pre mix.

i looked at my engine code on engine and found i have the dio af18 engine ..

But i think you do cause they made af18 - 1999 - 2006 i think ..

my stock zx50 hit 45 mph .. with no mods just unrestricted cdi .. and washer out of exhaust .. u have to see if u have the af18 engine ..
im not sure you do .. thats why your getting wrong parts ... also you can find parts by looking up honda dio parts .. see what ur engine code is first ..
