Agility 50 / change cooling fan when tuning.?
« on: May 14, 2010, 08:41:33 PM »
Do you guys, change the cooling fan to a race one, doing tune on the scoot,or do  you trust the original one?..
when is it time to put in a race fan?..

4
open up the tejp aorund the kabels,an cut the red one,,it gose up a bit makes loop back, cut in the loob, and it will be diresticted.

5
why buy a new cdi,,all you need to do is to cut the loop cable fråm the cdi,,violet/black ithnk it was on mine,,
then ,put in new intake (orginal)139q,,then mount main jet 86,,change the variator bush..change rear spring to one 30% stronger,,now it will go 63-65kh..or  bay a 80cc kit..

there is a mark on the tire of how much pressure it can take at max,,1.9bar front 2.2bar rear is maximun,on my city,, i think 9bar is way to much,,the pressure gets higer when its get warmer outside and by riding the bike the tire gets a lot warmer,,and the origanal scooter tires are mostly of poor quality and are some times dangerus to use,,,cst is ok,,but il will change the tire to pirelli or continental..to ride safe when its wet outside.

well,,i mounted the 80cc,,with the naraku touring camshaft,,and intake riginal 139qmb 17mm ithink.
and the stock muffler,,i put in jet nr 0.95,,it ran bike ran as hell, fast and with amazing accelaration,,but
not quit smoth,it fellt like it run a bit lean,,så i then put in jet 100 .1mm..but theh it ean even worse,it did get to much fuel,,så then i put in jet, 0.90,,theh it ran a bit lean, but ok..so now i have orded a jet sized 0.94 ,and i have modified a intake from 16mm the origanal intake,,to exaktly the same size as the carb,, to 18.5mm ,,so il hope the .94 jet and the lilte bigger intake will make it run allmost perfekt...
i allso found a restriction on my agility city,,there is a extra pipe monted in the exaust in the start of the muffler, and it is hardend ,tryed to drill it out,,but the metal was to hard.
il hope il get the new jet 0.94 tomorow fre 30 of may..then il know

Agility 50 / naraku 80cc cylider,,piston to small?
« on: April 23, 2010, 02:23:12 PM »
i just got my naraku 80cc cylinder,,but the piston seams a lot to smal fore the cylinder?,,is that normal ,or is it toght that the rings will make the piston pit and not be glapish..

9
no one else who have the narraku 80cc on the bike?,,please let me know what size you have on the jet..

10
well,,i cant find any cylinder head that fits the 80cc,,only to the 89-93cc there is a big valve head that fits to bay here in sweden from racing planet..naraku says that the original head shuld be used on the 80cc.
i thoght if the 125cc with 26mm carb has an original jet 1.04 the 80cc shuld be ok, with less,,
My bike is ´the city model..agility city..

11
im going to mont the naraku 80cc cylinder on my agility,,but with the original carb and head,,and intake 18.5mm,and stock muffler.
have any one did that yet and what size on mian jet did you use,im thinking of .95 to start with..
what can i expect in incresed performane?..
Please let me know about yours 80cc,, :D

Hi ,you are not alone i have one to ,a brand new,i like it a lot,,it made 55 from the start, then i replaced  the variator boss, and put in a jet size 86,i think 84-86 is right fore the orginal carburator and cylinder,,and to day i cut the violet cable in the cdi cable wiering,i cut the loop..now it makes 60-65 on a strait road,,but its not very qiuck, but it runs nice and quiet,,my city has only gone about 90km
and il think when it is broken in after 100km it will go better,,il have to adjust the valves exactly then il think it will be a bit quicker.
im 38years old, live in stockholm sweden.by the way a tested the spedometer with a gps and when its shows 55 it is only 50 in real speed,
