i just bought some lighter variator rollers.

5.5g. (JASIL top racing rollers)

it´s a all new scooter.

with my light weight (65 kg):

much more agressive, great aceleration, i have a smaal hill just outside my house , and it could not go further than 30 km/h, now it goes 40 km/h.

just love the way the scoot behaves now.

the top speed did not decrease as i have read somewhere.

the lighter rollers do not decrease top speed, they just give more aceleration.

the scoot just boost up right away.

glad i got them.

the screw in the exhaust pipe just went off the bike (hope i did not kill anyone ;D), it was just hand-screwed.

6 it is.

i´ve been readind that for most 50cc scooters a 4.5 or even 4 works the best.

is this bike more cause of the 4 stroke sys?

i just went for a ride, and got to 75 km/h with my 62 kilos on the bike, a bit windy.

not aiming for more speed, i think its enough for my drivin expertise, but it takes a while to boost it up.

so i am aiming for great acelleration.

i´ve herd about a screw on the carb that did not let something to oppens fully, can u explain that to me?

thanx a lot m8. :)

I belive your agility 50 is a 4 stroke and the exhaust is not one of the more effective ways to de-restrict it . You could read some of the previous postings in the "agility 50" heading on this forum to find more information . Good luck .

weel i have made de cdi and boss clutch on variator, i was aiming for something more, not feeling confident about changing the main jet as i know little or nothing bout mechanics and im little bit scared...

what i mean is if i could make the original exhaust give a little more without buying a new one.

is the exhaust restricted?

is there  a  way to un-restrict it?

is it worth it?

thanx in advance.

well today i took it to a long road, and the little devil just kept on running till 70 km/h, wich surprised me to be honest.
and i think it could co further, but the stop sign did not let me go any further... :P

at 70  km/h the screw in the exhaust pipe just went off the bike (hope i did not kill anyone ;D), it was just hand-screwed.

anyone knows just what that screw does?
i replaced it with new one.

just installed the new boss, it´s going fast and furious, 65km/h (plain ground, but did not pushed it to limit, since i just drive it in a near road, not long enough to push it further than that.)

had a rough time removing the cover thanks to the poor quality screws, one of them is just unusable.

the nut from front pulley, came out allright just with a simple key like this one (dont know the english technical therm)
