Technical | How To / slight issues with my kymco pulsar 2009

im quite a new rider , ive started touring my bike around here in the uk , when i go on a and b roads its started to struggle its losing power and sits at 55 - 60 , according to the clock ive had it at 80 mph before , ive serviced it before i started touring but since then ive gone from swindon to bristol, bath, Marlborough , devizes , weston super-mare and plymouth 3 times there and back and since then ive had an oil change in the garage , i only use high octane fuel such as shell v power plus , i made the mistake of using tesco momentum 99 which my bike didnt like at all , but yeah ive gone off my bike on gravel and i have managed to get oil into the air filter , and now my chain and sprocket have come loose any tips as im still new to the maintanance
