For Sale / 2 Crankshafts for the Agility50 and 125
« on: January 09, 2015, 04:45:19 PM »
I have 2 cranks that I changed out of a 50cc KG10SA and a 125cc KN25SA

The 50cc locked up the wrist pin but the bearings are fine the shaft came out of a running engine which loss oil due to a seal leak, the owner tried to get the flywheel off and a hammer but could possible be saved.

The 125cc was running the bearing was making a lot of noise that shaft seems fine if someone has a bad shaft and some good bearings the side where the bad bearings was at I cut the outer part of the bearing off to see the numbers and the small part that's left can be turned by hand so there is some ware in that spot.

If anyone is in need of them send me a pm or email

My 07 Agility 50 is solid at 50 even 55 one time I did hit 62 but I have not been able to get that set up back I have a trail tech vapor speedo that I replaced the stock cluster with and it's dead on as for speed readings but I have not had any issues with the ride.

I had about 3000 miles on my kit before I took my Kymco out of service for some new paint.

Check the valves to make sure they are sealing you will have to remove the head to do it. pour gas or water in to the intake side and the exhaust side make sure no liquid is coming through

There is mods that can be done like a BBK, different contra spring, trying different size rollers or sliders. You just have to try different things to tune it in for your needs, but do the mods in one area at a time that way you will know if it works better or not. If mods are done in different areas at once you won't know what helped or made it worse.

Is it just me or a set up change I can make on the forum, but when I read post the first person who started the post is say at the bottom of the page and have to read upward instead of reading from the top going down.

I like them won't use rollers again except for tuning rollers then in go the sliders, better take off smoother shift and no flat spots to jam the rollers but that's just my 2 cents.

That AC could the problem I removed mine in favor of a manual one way better. When was the last time the valves were adjusted, valves too tight or too loose will have you thinking other things is wrong. Start with the basic stuff first Fuel,
Spark, Compression and correct valve gap I have a agility 50 4t and I set mine at 4mm both of them
