Agility 50 / 2012 Agility 50 Difficult to start lots of white smoke

Hi there,
My 2012 Agility 50 has just done 1200km and has started having real problems, the engine will only start and run with my hand partially covering the air intake - as soon as I take it off the engine stalls. As it is running I get huge plumes of white smoke billowing from the exhaust, as I accelerate, after around %40 throttle, the bike all of a sudden starts shaking violently. I have tried installing a new carb but still the problem persists.
Would be grateful for any advice, Cheers!
