Good dealer support is very important. Honda products are great I'm sure you'll have many miles of fun on it. You and the Mrs should have picnic rides the break is a nice rest for the butt.

Don't go with a wind screen with only two mount points on the plexi. You're more likely to have a failure at high speeds.

You may find the same caps inside your top case . I did and replaced them. Throw a little Vaseline one the screws.

I often see Honda Rebels on Craigslist for $1800-2500. They're a great first bike to learn on but many people outgrow them.
