It was the kill switch and I'm officially an idiot for not checking that first. Geeze. Anyway, thanks for the help.

The right side of the clear tube is still attached, but the left side isn't. Sounds like that might not be the problem though.
I've never had any problems starting it before. Even though it's a 2012, I bought it a few weeks ago with 16 miles on it and it's only around 50 now. I've tried the electric start and the kick start and it won't go. Is it possible water got in somewhere? I had a cover over it for most of the rain, though I couldn't get it covered until after it started coming down.

Hello everyone, new here and have a quick question. I live in Boulder and as you might have heard, we had a little bit of rain the past few days. Now that it's done, the scoot ('12 Like 50) won't start. It was covered, but I threw the cover on in a hurry as it started to rain while I was at work. I looked around and it looks like a clear plastic tube should be attached to something and isn't and I'm wondering if that is the reason it isn't starting. I'm attaching some pics. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
