Hi guys. I am planning to buy kymco people s 300i, 2009. The seller says it has ABS, but i am not sure about that at all. I have the vin code, RFBD2200081001698. I typed it at several online decoders, but i couldn't find if it has abs or not. If someone can guide me to a proper vin decoder, would be great. Any suggestions or advices are more than welcome.
