thanks for your help. I'll ask the dealer if he knows how to adjust the carb and ask him if he can switch the battery or where i can buy one.

Hello, this is my very first post. I live in nyc and the weather is getting colder. I'm seriously considering getting the agility 125 because I hear good things about them. They're not too expensive, and I'll save some serious transportation money. I'm a little skeptic about it because I read that some people are having trouble starting this thing when its cold out. I won't leave the bike sit for any longer than a day without starting it. I really wouldn't want to take the chance of being stuck with this thing at 2am when its time for me to head home from work. If that happens, my commute home would probably take 3 hours. That would suck really bad lol.
So is it safe for me to buy this thing? Thanks for your help. BTW its a 2013 and they're sold for $1599 brand new.
