Agility 50 / Re: Agility 50cc lights keep blowing
« on: July 31, 2015, 08:45:04 PM »
Ok i few readings
Battery when bike off around 14v
Battery when bike running around 18v
When bike is running i tested the volts coming from the sidelights and they read 0.5v same for headlight aswell.

The lights stay on for a few minutes then pulsate and then they die down to a very faint red glow of the wire inside the bulb.

If i turn the bike of and leave it for 15 minutes the exact same thing happens when they turn on then die down again.

Many thanks

« on: July 31, 2015, 06:09:21 PM »
Hi all.
My agility 50cc 2010 keeps blowing my sidelights both low and high beam and rear light(brake light is fine though)
Each time i put new lights in and put them on it is a few minutes then they blow again.
Does any one have any ideas what might be causing this i have changed the regulator rectifier behind headlight. I have looked for a bad ground but unsure exactly where i shud be looking.
Thanks everyone so much for any help given

Thanks all such a massive help...

I decided as my bike is running rough and piston rings are gone
I have installed a new 50cc head and valves and piston and barrell.
as the rubber in my carb is knackered I put a stock carb on.

basically I have put it completely standard other than the cdi

will sell this now as it is running very nice hitting 40mph.

I will get a agility 125cc many thanks all

Agility 50 / Re: changing air filter
« on: April 28, 2014, 10:39:51 AM »
If u are talking about the pipe that goes towards the front of the bike and is under the seat then thats were the air comes in to the box and then the air comes from the box to the rear pipe to the carb.. the pipe is normally cable tied to the frame under the seat. If u attach the filter straight to the carb then all pipes attached to the box are surplus and may aswell remove the whole air filter box

« on: April 26, 2014, 10:32:37 PM »
Hi all

I am thinking about doing a 80cc big bore kit to my agility 50cc
Is there anything that would cause a issue when upgrading
like would everything be able to handle the increased pressure.
Will a standard/stock carb be ok which is for the 50cc
Any issue that may give me a headache basically lol

many thanks

Sorry bout lack of info it is

10w 40 castrol.
changes are every 500 miles due to town driving 3-5 miles a day.
Valves when top dead centre are 0.05 which is the lowest I have on my feeler gauges.
oil is on max on the dip stick
also bike slowly bogs out if not revved for a few mins when on idle

many thanks for replying much appreciated

« on: April 20, 2014, 09:40:43 PM »
Hi all
I currently have a 50cc 4T head with what I understand to be is a egr port or pair system.
basically if I fit a 50cc head that doesn't have that port which connects to a upside down u pipe would it affect the mot as I understand its for emissions but would it affect it enough to cause a fail many thanks

Agility 50 / agility 50cc head breather issue
« on: April 20, 2014, 08:29:13 PM »
Hi all ima newbie  ;) ...
If any one could be kind to help I would be very grateful.
I have noticed the breather pipe which is attached to the engine head cover and runs along and stops near the air filter is spitting out fluid doesn't really have a smell but it does contain little black specks.
Any idea why fluid would be coming from there

Bike is a 2010 agility 50cc KG10SA

many thanks for everyones help in advance
