That's fantastic information; thank you. I will make enquiries with HPI and weigh my rollers etc! I will post my results in due course....
Thanks again

It's only done 900 miles! I bought it from a lady who tried it - but then decided to have a car instead. It has a very high quality feel and is very smooth to ride. Just needs a little more power I think. I rode it home on the motorway following my wife's car and she said I was flat out around 60-65MPH. 70MPH would be fine and a bit more brisk acceleration wouldn't hurt either!
As I understand it the Dr Pulley sliders give a larger range of gearing so if I choose the weights correctly then my acceleration would improve but I shouldn't lose top speed? I am guessing that a different CDI might raise the rev limit a little and I might gain a bit?
I don't want to take the engine to bits and I am not looking for a huge improvement.
There doesn't seem to be much info on this scooter on the internet - perhaps because it is a new model but I bet the engine must be used in other Kymco models?

Its a UK model - says "new model" on Kymco Uk website:

Hi I am new to the forum; I just bought a slightly used People One 125i and I would like to upgrade performance (modestly).

I haven't found much information about this model  -perhaps because its quite new?
Can someone tell me the standard size and weight of the rollers (and any recommendations). Does Dr Pulley make sliders that fit?
Also what about these "unrestricted" CDI units - do they simply raise the rev limit a bit? Are they any good?
