I have the same problem right now. He must think that I am going to let this go....
As of right now William "Chad" Whittington is a scam. I tried to be nice about this and let met know I was serious with mediation. They said if that doesn't work come back and this will become criminal. When I get a free afternoon I am going back to the station.
