People 150 / Re: people 150(or 50) windshiled
« on: July 08, 2014, 03:21:33 PM »
We sell the puig windscreen that fits very well on the people 150/50. Check out our website in my bio
I live in portland as well, and came into your shop just prior to getting my scooter. For some reason I can't get the photos on your site to work. I had been leaning towards ordering that puig but it seems  there are a few other fairly different styles out there, although user experiences and photos are limited.

What are your opinions on windscreens in general?

People 150 / people 150(or 50) windshiled

Hey guys I am looking into getting a people 150 windshield but am having a hard time finding more than just a photo of the various winshields by themselves so I really don't get to see what the different ones look like on the scooter. Ordering blind is not something I am too keen to do.

Do any of you have windshields for you people 50 or 150 scooter? If so, which one(brand and size(large small, ETC) if possible) and what are your thoughts?

If you can include a picture as well that would be extremely helpful!!

Thanks!

General Discussion / Re: RAM Mount cupholder questions

Since you are installing a cup holder may I suggest a small (19") monitor to make texting easier. You might want a sissy bar type deal or a backrest so you can lean back, and enjoy your hot coffee, and relax while you text your friend about how cool your scooter is.
Cup holders do NOT belong on motor bikes. I suggest taking that bike seriously before someone gets hurt.

No offense meant. Just sayin'

Just so there are no more stupid comments like this one on here, let me clarify. I want a way to bring my coffee home so I can drink it, when I am home. Seems fairly reasonable to me........ I do appreciate all of your assumptions/sarcastic suggestions, and making people feel welcome to ask questions on this forum. I suppose if it made you feel better about yourself, then it was probably worth it...

Not a bad idea, but I'm a little averse to drilling holes into my scooter  :D

General Discussion / RAM Mount cupholder questions
« on: June 10, 2014, 09:30:30 PM »
Hey guys I have a "new to me" People 150 that I got 2 weeks ago. It's my first scooter and I am loving it so far. However, I am missing my weekend morning trips my local coffee shop (Dutch Bros) because I don't have a means to hold my coffee.

Curious what set ups you all have for taking a drink with you?

I have seen those RAM cupholder mounts but can't exactly tell what set up will accomplish what I want. Do any of you have a RAM cup holder, if so, what parts do you have and how do you like it?

Anyone with my scooter, what do you use for a cup holder?

Thanks!!! :)
