Just replaced the spark plug in my Grand Dink and it'll start but it idles too low for a minute then dies.
Suggestions?

I initially looked at Japanese scooters but was put off by the prices. I thought the GV250 was a pretty good deal. So far the only complaint I have is the body panels are a pain to take off.
As for the Genuine scooter:I recently bought a Yamaha FJR 1300. The dealer also carries Genuine scooters so I looked them over while waiting for the almighty paperwork. I wasn't impressed with the fit and finish(especially the finish) or even the quality of some of the materials. Other than that I know little about them but from what I've seen I'd be wary. Good luck!

I removed the center panel but the spark plug is still very hard to access. Am I missing something?

I'm removing some of the body panels to replace the sparkplug and adjust the valves. My shop manual isn't very accurate on where and what bolts to remove. These panels are a pain! Any tips before I go crazy?

Anyone know where I can get a new spark plug? The manual says an NGK DPR7EA-9. I can't find one anywhere.
