I have ran my bbks on my s9s without premixing. Except for break in of the new kit, I've just ran with the stock pump, adjusted open as much as possible. Some tie the pump wide  open. My last malossi lc kit lasted me over 12000 kms by the dash odometer riding in the mountains of western north Carolina year round, sometimes two up, mostly solo wide open 45+mph GPS.
My opinion, pipe won't help much for low end and power for heavier loads. It can help a little, perhaps, but you will have to do a lot of cvt tuning around it. Bbk is the best bet for what you're asking for. And don't use a cheap one unless you enjoy working on it and not even getting the most out of it. Malossi cast iron lc has been a great daily driver for years. And the gains over stock are amazing.

Still sitting in my driveway, untouched 😭 My brother wants me to fix it so he can buy it. I'm over it. Can't find any reliable diagrams or pictures. Plus, I found out I can buy Saabs for the same price or less than scooters. A bit better for me during the winter!

I just recently was robbed of my battery and everything in that compartment. Cut right out at the harness. Anyone have some pictures to share of the wiring there? I've only found schematics that don't match what I have. I have the cdi already, but I think I'm missing the starter relay maybe?

Not minarelli. Nothing minarelli, besides maybe clutch and bell, maybe, will interchange. Intake is different, cylinder studs are different, variator is different.

The cvt components are closely related to gy6, top end and intake are pretty much Kymco exclusive, and with the right intake or adapter you can use about any 2t carb.
With Google searching the parts are not extremely hard to find.

Do you have a photo of how the base attached to the scooter?
No, it was a scooter I was following on craigslist for a while. Unless You're talking about something else.
 @theamishsasquatch might though.

That will leave the choke open, if these are the same as 50cc 4t carbs. The choke needle drops when warm after a bit of having the voltage applied to it.

Super 8 150 / Re: Rear end sway
« on: May 10, 2016, 10:21:07 PM »
Thanks fellas. From visual inspection and what yanking I could do without weight on the bike it seems that everything checks out. The pressure seems okay, my home pressure gauge gave up the ghost a few weeks ago so I've playing off of feel.
This was a used bike with a very unknown history, bought from an impound yard. I've already came to the conclusion of it being in some kind of accident by the broken plastics, the original rotor being bent (already replaced), and the front forks having an issue getting stuck compressed on hard braking and hole hitting.
I originally bought this as a flip, then thought about keeping it, but I'm leaning back towards selling again now. I've rode it several days now, a pretty good distance, and am not satisfied by the ride and comfort. O can't figure out why, but it really is uncomfortable to me.
Anyways, thanks fellas, I'll post if I find anything unusual or the solution.

Super 8 150 / Rear end sway
« on: May 10, 2016, 12:02:15 PM »
My buddy was riding with me the other day, said my rear end was swaying really bad around some of the corners on the parkway. I didn't pay it any mind until this morning. Doing about thirty, I moved the barslg left to right quickly and the tail sway was terrible. Almost scary. My other scooters don't give that much at all, even softer single shock setups.
Any one else have this issue? 2013 super 8 150.
Btw, here's a picture from the ride.

Sounds like valves to me, but I'm more of a 2 stroke guy. Maybe a compression check could narrow down some things.

Mine on my 2013 are soft also. I bled them, forwards and backwards, even flushed with new fluid, and it's still soft.
I'm not sure of your experience level, but bleeding these small systems can become a hassle real quick and lead to even worse performance afterwards.
Please let me know if you get it better, I'd like to know any tricks you may use.

There seems to be a good bit of room on the axle left, just to find an axle mounted rotor that fits the spline count then a secure place for the caliper.
