Technical | How To / Bet & Win 125 losing power after pull away

When I pull away at a robot or stop street my Bet & Win 125 pull's away more or less normal but then loose it's power and slowly accellerate to max speed. I'm so frustrated and try not to slow down or stop anymore!!! 
We checked and cleaned the carborator, checked the drive belt, changed the oil and we still have to clean the oil filter. Please let me know if this sounds fimiliar!!! What can it be???
