Super 8 / Kymco super 8 cdi

Does the kymco super 8 50cc 2012 model have the same CDI as a kymco agility 50cc 2012 model.

Yes it hits a rev limit. Also it does not have a pink wire that is the old model i believe. When it hits 35 mph it can not push any harder as it sounds like it is about to blow up. I have a kit, pipe, carb, i have clutches which are not on yet but will help but i know that there is a restrictor in the cdi i just do not know how to remove it.
