Thanks, but I'm looking for specific recommendations. I would like to know they solve the problem.

Agility 125 / Rearview mirrors

I have only one problem with my new Agility 125, the mirrors! Rarely have I dealt with such a limited view. Does anybody have any suggestions for aftermarket mirrors? Something say that will actually let me see what is directly behind me? Many thanks.

Okay, the spark plug cap came off the plug for the second time yesterday. I was in heavy traffic and it was a scary situation to say the  least. The dealership had put the wire back on the plug after the first insident and we assumed it just hadn't be put on properly the first time. Nope. I called the shop and, to be honest, they were horrified. It's in the shop getting a new plug and cap today. I could do it, but since it's still under warranty I'll let the experts fix it for free.  Just thought I would pass on this information. I love the bike and I have no doubt there will be many miles of trouble free riding in the future.

I did a lot of research when I decided to move to a scooter. Kymco kept coming up as a high quality, low priced choice. The Agility 125 handles city traffic beautifully and is a pure joy to ride. Definitely put it on your list of potentials.

Agility 125 / Re: Scooter Lifestyle
« on: May 15, 2015, 01:40:02 AM »
I just recently came to the scooter world after 50 years in the motorcycle world. First,  I'm disappointed there is snobbery in the scooter world, although I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Seems to be a human trait. Sonny Barger, "founder" of the Hells Angels once said, "If you ride two wheels with an engine, you're a biker. Anybody says you ain't, ain't." That's always how I've looked at it. The first bike I rode in 1962 was a Cushman scooter. After that it's been about every brand of motorcycle EXCEPT a Harley. Never liked either the bike or the attitudes. The reasons I've come back are too numerous to mention, but boy do I love it. Simplicity, ease, weight and just plain fun. I'm not sure a 69 year old man needs any kind of lifestyle, but if it involves a big grin and a loud laugh, I'm in.

The cap had come off the plug. I'm going to assume it was a service error. When it comes to to change plugs, I will look into the cap you recommend. Thank you for your help.

Agility 125 / Spark plug wire
« on: April 29, 2015, 11:08:30 PM »
I'm riding down a main street when my new Agility 125 suddenly dies. Nothing. I pull over and try every trick I know. Nothing. It turns over but it's not going to start. It's under warranty so I call the dealership. They come pick up the bike and me. Back as the shop several things are tried until the gentleman suddenly has a flash. Yep, the spark plug cap has come loose. My question.....has anybody else experienced this? Do I need to crip the cap down or was it a careless mistake from the service people? Thank you in advance for comments.

Agility 125 / Hello
« on: April 13, 2015, 08:50:30 PM »
I just wanted to say hello and thank you. I'm 69 years old and have spent the last 50 years riding motorcycles, from BSA's to Triumphs, Harleys, Japanese 750's, to BMW's. For a number of reasons I have now moved to an Agility 125. I absolutely love it. The thank you is for the helpful advice I've already gleaned from this forum. In the future I will come to y'all questions, I will attend rallies to network and will ride my little skinny heart out. Looking forward to a new life chapter, new friends and a new way of looking at motorized two wheels. Again, many thanks.
