Super 8 / Re: How to remove carburettor
« on: April 27, 2015, 06:00:08 PM »

Thanks for the info and the link been hrs looking for a vid with our metal inlet just waiting on a new nut for my clutch cause it rounded and the bike is done

This helped me

Look at the schematic first to familiarize yourself with the parts.

Dont forget to drain bowl via drain screw and hose that hangs down.

Dont lose the pin holding float bowl to needle.

Dont over tighten on install.

Handle gaskets with care.

Slide is a little tricky putting back in but once lined up properly, it goes down easy where you then screw on the throttle cap.

Hi guys bought a super 8 50cc 2t yesterday, it's a 2014 model with 1000 miles and payed £500 for her, I'm 26 and 13 stone I bought the bike to go to work so I don't have to wreck my car etc, what I need to know is how is this scooter so slow (30mph) and how do I derestrict it, how many restrictions are in the exhaust I'm going to get a smooth boss, what big jet do I need, and am I right In saying the heavier the rollers the faster top speed, and will a upgraded cdi box make it faster, and could someone give me a link for all the upgraded parts I need  to buy thanks you
