Technical | How To / Whitch cabel do i need to cut, to remove the CDI restriction

My scooter wont go faster than 55km/h that's 34 mph, and when I'm going uphill it looses much of the power, so i want to cut the CDI rev wire to make it faster. The scooter is stock, i haven't changed anything on it. So question is, witch wire needs to be cut so that the CDI doesn't get rev information?
