General Discussion / Re: need your help, can't figure this one out
« on: November 02, 2020, 08:50:21 AM »
Try racingplanetusa dot com. I have an Agility 125, but they provide parts sourced from Germany, just takes a little time to arrive. You drill down thru make, model (or a close equivalent euro-spec,) then “spare parts,” and I see similar complete assemblies with wires for about $100 each. I’ll bet they are LED fittings. Just beware that that might require you buying a separate flasher unit later-on, as well. For my Agility, the lower wattage bulbs created hummingbird-speed flashers till the appropriate flasher unit arrived! No Guarantee that the parts are 100% compatible, for my application, all connectors were similar. But the main harness, which I didn’t need, had several differences from US spec. Good Luck. Hope they work out. And I hope I successfully found the right scooter for you on their page!

Edit: I am assuming these would _replace_ your other US signals. If in addition to, there might be other issues, I don’t know.

Agility 125 / Re: 2007 Agility 125 brake fluid issue
« on: August 10, 2015, 03:36:05 AM »
Get clear tubing that fits over bleed screw end.  Submerge other end in jar with some brake fluid.  Loosen bleed screw and squeeze brake lever.  While holding lever, tighten screw.  Release lever.  Repeat.  Keep an eye on reservoir level, top off as necessary between cycles.  When no more bubbles, replace reservoir cap, check bleed screw snug, remove tube.  Make sure brake works as it should before riding.  If problems, leaks, etc, bite the bullet and pay a mechanic.  Stay alive!

Agility 125 / Re: turn signal loose

Search online for Kymco Agility Scooter Repair Manual.

Download it.  Look thru it for body panel removal info.

You might find something like this:

(If it doesn't show up,) open up seat, remove under-seat box, Remove black panel in front of same (I start prying from the lower front on this.)  Remove rear rack.  Remove colored body panels, via screws/push-plugs under edges.  You should now have access to rear of turn signal lights.  (This info good for US spec/original Agility, the Agility City versions are something different!)

Hope it works for you, removing the plastics the first time made me nervous something would crack :D, for me it worked out OK.
Good Luck!

Edit:  To completely remove the colored body plastics, the seat lock cable should be undone from the latch, pull cable loose from fixing, pivot to release end of cable from latch.

Hi!  Have had my 09 Agility since 12 (NOS.)  Long time lurker, really appreciate the forum!  Looking to dress up the scoot a bit, was thinking of a factory-painted blue front fender from a 2014 to add to my scoot.  It _looks_ like the same paint, anybody seen them parked next to each other?  (Newer paint scheme and old?)

Thanks,
Snappy
