I think I'll just get two 15w or 20w led h4's and direct wire them. There won't be brights or they'll be less than the 35w individual ones, but at least they'll be headlights.

How can we bypass the LCM on American 2009 Kymco Super 8. I can't find a replacement light control module and need to fix this. Please help. This is urgent. Thank you.

General Discussion / Fender eliminating on Super 8...

So I've searched around and it doesn't look like a fender eliminator kit is readily available...go figure... It looks like us spec got the split turn signals. Does anyone know if the European and Asian tail lights are a direct fit as one unit? What parts will I need to order? Looking at the diagrams on Kymco parts online it's hard to ascertain exactly what I'd need to order. If anyone has any insight into the differences between the models could help I appreciate it! Thanks!

Edit: on further investigation it seems the spots are there, but the silver inner plastic on the inside that holds the bulbs would need to be swapped. Could I just buy one of those and reroute the signal wires, or would I need a new harness? If anyone could supply a part number for the plastic I'd give a million thanks!! :)

Just bought a 2009 Super 8 150 woo hoo. However, I need to source parts for "just in case." So, anyone know who makes the engine/drive train? Are any of the parts shared accross the other Kymco lines and/or other manufactures? What is the engine model called on the 2009 Super 8 150? Finally, what is a good online store for Kymco parts? Thanks for any help!!!
