Good place for tender pigtail ?

   a place could be under the top box mount, or trade it in for a downtown,. better for your Wt. and size,. with a seat mod. as long as you control your high speed urges,.

Thanks for the advice de, but though I have a Downtown (never seen one in the flesh) physique - I have a LIKE budget.
And I have a pig-tail, not a giraffe tail....my battery is in the floor and the pig won't reach. I'll come up with something...it's only 3.5 miles to work, and wire is cheap!

right behind that engine cover would be pretty nice, or maybe tuck it under the bottom panel near the kickstand

If it will reach, thread it out of that opening beneath the seat. That's where mine is, and my battery is under the floorboard as well. I attached it to the body with a Velcro strap to keep it out of the way of my feet.

On my scoot there is a couple of vent holes on either side of the plastic housing that covers the eng. I loop them through there and it works great for me.

  connect #10 wire,. cover with heat shrink, and run your pig tail to your best place ,.  happy trails to you and yours
