I ride my scooter in the cold and very early in the day , but I think the fellow living here is hardier than I am.
We just had temps double digits below 0 two days last week....and this guy is still here in this little tent.
Granted he does have a hook-up to the electric box....but this isn't exactly an AirStream camper.
My question is, why is he pitching his tent so close to the frozen lake and hundreds of yards from the heated toilet in this State Park....I'd be across the street in one of the much more protected sites.
He drives a little Chevy and departs for the day well before sunrise (I've seen him on my
0'Dark:30 rides)
Hope to chat with him one of these days.
I am under no illusion that he is doing this for sport...just trying to survive, like all of us. There but for the Grace of God go any of us.
