So my Kymco don't rev when cold, and I have to turn the idel screw up high when cold to start.

I have tried a new choke this did not fix it

Think I have a 80 main jet everything standard

50cc scooters don't have the muscle to deal with cold, thick oil.  It's just the way it is.  Find a way to warm it up, or keep it indoors overnight.
