Are the bearing outer race outside diameters the same size in both wheels?

I'm very curious why you want to use a 10" rim instead.  :)

the reason is because I put a new motor in the scoot and its a short case that can only use 10 inch rim.So it would be nice to have a smaller front to match. Plus I might gain speed.

There are variations in bearing inside and outside sizes, outside standard metric sizes. A bearing house for industrial customers may be able to fit the hole in the smaller wheel and fit the two different sizes on the axle.

Ya I tried that and I would have to get 2 big spacer to do that. And to me that dont look to save.So ill go with save and keep what I have.
