If all of the above doesn't start your engine here's another tip, I was told, and it seems to do it for me - at least for the time being:

On four stroke scooters, the kickstarter will only make the engine run few revolutions compared to two stroke scooters. To compensate for this, you can kick the kickstarter two or more times right after each other to help the engine get going. The trick is to kick at the right times. Follow the flow of the engine. Just like when pushing a swing, you can make it swing higher and higher by pushing at the right time. I found that by using this method you don't have to kick immensely hard, you just have to get the timing right.

Well a update on my moped tryed starting it on a sort of warm day almost got it started but never fully started any one think getting a 80cc bore kit would help with starting on cold days?

Good news guys! My friend and i adjusted the valves and it started right up! It has so much power thanks to anyone that helped me out!

Mine is also running with stability now. And now that I know more on how to start it, I too am a happier agility owner.  :D

That is an amazing 'valves' story. Who knew they could cause that.
How far out of factory specs were they?

Well the exhaust nut was loose there was almost no exhaust pressure
